Did you know that many cultures around the world celebrate and honor their ancestors in the Fall? From the Celtic traditions of Samhain, to Cambodia’s Pchum Ben, to All Saints’ & All Souls’ Days, and Mexico’s Día de los Muertos, this season is a sacred time for remembering those who came before us.
Join us for a multi-cultural event where we’ll gather to honor our ancestors, reflect on their legacies, and connect with their spirits through sound, meditation and ritual.

Join us for a vibrant Community Drum Circle led by Pete Laub, where rhythm brings us together in celebration and connection. All are welcome—bring your own drum if you have one, or borrow from a limited selection available on-site. No experience is needed, just an open heart and willingness to play. This is a free event, but advanced registration is encouraged so we can prepare for everyone’s participation. Register Here
Experience a sacred Cacao Ceremony led by Irene Schulz, designed to open the heart and invite deeper connection with yourself, your ancestors, and the community. Guided by the gentle spirit of cacao, this ritual offers a space of love, healing, and grounding as we honor the wisdom of those who came before us.
Join Elizabeth Dawn and Pete Laub for a 90-minute immersive sound bath featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, handpans, chimes and other instruments. The journey begins with a guided gratitude meditation to honor our ancestors and concludes with a gentle grounding meditation to restore balance and anchor energy. * Feel free to bring crystals to charge in the sound bath, along with a yoga mat, blanket/pillow and eye mask.

Elizabeth creates a calming, supportive space where clients can experience deep relaxation, gain new insights, and learn practical ways to understand and care for their own energy. She is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master Practitioner and is currently exploring Shamanic Reiki techniques to further enrich her offerings. In addition to working one-on-one with clients, Elizabeth facilitates immersive sound baths and designs community events that bring people together to connect, heal, and explore the power of energy and vibration.
Pete Laub is certified in Level 1 and 2 Sound and Vibration through the Meditate School of Mindfulness and Sound. His passion lies in playing handpans, drums, flutes, and other deep vibrational instruments to create transformative sound experiences. Pete shares his melodic vibrations in a variety of settings, including memory care units, The Ronald McDonald House, special care centers, hospice programs, and yoga studios, where he uses sound to bring comfort, connection, and healing energy to others.
Irene Schulz is a Soul Path Illuminator and Bioenergetic Healer who weaves together the Akashic Records, Bioenergetic healing, and Shamanic ritual to support individuals in clearing their energetic blocks and aligning with their soul’s highest path. She holds space with deep presence and devotion, guiding participants into connection with their inner wisdom.
Meli is a spiritual advisor and coach, intuitive channel, healer, and published author with over 30 years of experience helping others connect with their soul’s wisdom and loved ones in spirit. Her journey as a psychic medium began early in life, and through years of training and practice, she has guided countless individuals in unlocking their highest path, experiencing profound healing, and aligning with their deepest spiritual truth.

Samhain (Celtic – Ireland, Scotland | Oct 31–Nov 1): A liminal festival when the veil between worlds is believed to thin; rituals include bonfires, offerings, meals, and ways to honour and protect against unwanted spirits.
Mahalaya Amavasya (India | Sept/Oct): Observed during Pitru Paksha, this is a time of ritual offerings, water and food, to honor ancestors and seek their blessings.
Fête Gede (Haiti | Nov 1–2): A vibrant Vodou festival with drumming, dancing, cemetery visits, and offerings to ancestral spirits (lwa Gede).
Día de los Muertos (Mexico | Nov 1–2): Joyful remembrance with ofrendas, marigolds, candles, food, altars, and remembrance of loved ones.
All Saints’ & All Souls’ Days (Christian – many countries | Nov 1–2): Days for prayer, candle lighting, and remembrance of departed souls; practices vary by region.
Chuseok (Korea | mid-autumn, 15th day of 8th lunar month): Harvest festival, with grave visits, ancestral rites at home (charye), offerings, family reunions, and thanksgiving for abundance.
Pchum Ben (Cambodia | Sept-Oct, 15-day observance): A Buddhist festival to honor up to seven generations of ancestors; offerings, monks chanting, visits to pagodas, merit making, and the belief that spirits are more present.
