Your Journey Through the Chakras

Activation 1 — Your Energetic Foundation. We begin with a full energy and chakra reading to understand where you are right now. You'll receive a personalized chakra report and your first Reiki session, along with a customized plan designed around your unique energy field and healing goals.

Activation 2 — Protection, Grounding & Clearing. Learn essential energy hygiene tools — how to ground yourself, clear your field, and protect your energy in daily life. You'll receive guidance to carry these practices forward on your own.

Activation 3 — Root Chakra | Survival & Fear. We begin our deep chakra work at the root. This activation explores the shadow of repression — fears of abandonment, safety and security wounds, and primal survival patterns formed in early childhood. Here, we begin gently unearthing and releasing what has kept you feeling unsafe in the world.

Activation 4 — Sacral Chakra | Pleasure & Denial. Turn inward to the seat of emotions and desire. This activation explores the shadow of denial — emotional traumas, unhealthy patterns, and addictive tendencies rooted in a deep need to avoid pain. We work to restore flow, pleasure, and emotional freedom.

Activation 5 — Solar Plexus Chakra | Ego & Power. Reclaim your personal power. This activation addresses the shadow of worthlessness — shame, low self-worth, and the ways you may have given your power away. Learn to recognize and step into the fullness of who you truly are.

Activation 6 — Heart Chakra | Love & Openness. Open your heart — energetically and emotionally. This activation focuses on practicing gratitude as an energetic tool and dismantling the walls that block you from fully giving and receiving love. A gentle, expansive session to reconnect you with the heart of everything.

Activation 7 — Inner Child Healing. Discover what your inner child has been asking for. By weaving together the themes of the sacral, solar plexus, and heart chakras, this activation takes you on a healing journey inward — to meet, honor, and nurture the part of you that never stopped needing love and safety.

Activation 8 — Energy Reset. Pause and assess your progress. This activation includes a full energy and chakra reading of the lower four chakras, along with a Reiki session to clear, balance, and recalibrate before we ascend into the upper chakras.

Activation 9 — Throat Chakra | Truth & Authenticity. Find your voice. This activation focuses on the high-vibrational energy of authentic self-expression — learning to speak your truth, own your story, and communicate from a place of integrity and confidence.

Activation 10 — Third Eye Chakra | Intuition & Purpose. Awaken your inner knowing. Through a powerful guided meditation, you'll discover your sacred inner meeting place, connect with your spirit guides, and learn to tap into soul-level intuition to make decisions aligned with your deepest truth and purpose.

Activation 11 — Crown Chakra | Connection & Higher Self. Arrive at the crown — the seat of divine connection. This activation deepens your meditation practice, introduces self-healing tools, and guides you into a profound connection with your higher self and the source energy that unites all things.

Activation 12 — Integration & Closing Ceremony. Celebrate how far you've come. This final activation brings everything together — reviewing your growth, anchoring your new practices, and setting your intention as you move forward as a more aligned, empowered version of yourself.

Follow-Up Session (2–3 Weeks After Completion). Your journey doesn't end at Activation 12. This included follow-up session gives you space to ask questions, share how you've been integrating the work, and receive a fresh energy reading as you continue forward on your own.

What is the difference between in-person and virtual sessions?

Both in-person and virtual sessions offer the same depth of healing, personalized attention, and transformational work. The primary difference is in the modalities available. In-person sessions include the option for live sound healing using instruments such as singing bowls and other vibrational tools, which can be a deeply immersive experience. Virtual clients will receive a curated music playlist specifically chosen for each activation to support their session and at-home practice.

It's also worth knowing that distance Reiki and intuitive readings are just as effective as in-person sessions. Energy is not limited by physical space, and many clients find virtual sessions equally — and sometimes even more — powerful than meeting in person.

Will this program completely heal all of my chakras?

This program is designed to give you a powerful, lasting foundation — not a finish line. Healing is not a destination; it's a lifelong practice. Over the course of your 12 activations, you'll gain deep self-awareness, energetic tools, and a personal practice you can continue to build on long after the program ends. Some layers will shift beautifully within the program timeframe. Others may continue to unfold over months or years — and that's exactly as it should be. How long does the program take to complete?
